⇟TERMS OF SERVICE⇟

--Do NOT use our artworks to train or edit with generative AI apps or programs.
--Do NOT remove signatures/watermarks.
--Do NOT claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit us/our artists.
--Do NOT use the artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
--You are allowed to upload the artwork as long as you credit us/our artists.
--You are allowed to print or use the artwork as your profile or banner for personal use only.
--Please notify beforehand if you wish to be mentioned with your username in our posts. By default, client name is anonymous under our post of the watermarked commission.
--Please provide high quality, easy to digest references and/or sketches. Make sure the provided references are not AI generated.
--If the proposal is incomplete or lack details, additional fees for extensive research will be charged accordingly. Extensive research will also affect and extend TAT depending on service.
--If we do not receive a response within 1 week, we will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
--We will keep you updated if delays occur.
--We reserve the right to decline any commission.
--We may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
--You may cancel before payment is made.
--All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
--Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.
--No refunds once payment is received.
--Artworks are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
--Commercial use fees depend on service ranging from ~$20 USD to ~$100 USD.
--A Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 USD applies if you request that we do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of our portfolio.
--We reserve the rights to the artwork produced for portfolio and for promotional purposes. Do not distribute, reproduce, or profit from the commission unless commercial rights are purchased.
--We retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
--Client breaking Terms of Service may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
--The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
--By commissioning us/our artists, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.

⇟THE PROCEDURE⇟

--Let's get to know you via Direct Messages in any of our provided socials. We respond within 24-48 HRS.
--We discuss all the necessary details including the price of your request. Provide high quality and easy to digest references and sketches, even music recommends help get the vision of the piece flowing. Kindly make sure the provided references are not AI generated.
--Once we accept your request and the price is set, we send an invoice to the email address you provide; TAT begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
--You receive 3-stage updates from sketch, color/line art, to final stage preview of the final drawing. You are obligated to keep an eye on the sketch as you have the right to request changes before we move forward to the final stages.
--You can only request minor changes in the finished work, we charge extra fees accordingly. Unless due to an error on our part, our mistakes will always be corrected at no cost.
--Either a Google Drive link of the full resolution artwork will be provided to you or we send it directly to your email.
--After your commission is complete our DMs are always open if you want to collaborate with us again.
