We have a cat, Rotta, who needs all the help and treats he deserves too. are resting days.
—Additional character is +50% of the base price, 'HALF-BODY PAIR' commission is not affected by this however.
—Currency is in USD.
—Prices including Paypal fees and TAT vary depending on details.
—SFW also includes artistic nudity and moderate gore.

⇟THE PROCEDURE⇟

—Connect with us via Direct Messages in any of our provided socials or our email. We respond within 24-48 HRS.
—We discuss all the necessary details including the price of your request. Provide HIGH QUALITY and easy to digest references and sketches. Kindly make sure the provided references are not AI generated.
—Once the request and the total price is agreed upon, we send an invoice to the email address you provide; TAT begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
—Regarding the point above: if there is a queue, you will be notified of this, and your commission's TAT will begin once we notify you're next in line and we will update you with a sketch as soon as possible.
—You receive 3-stage updates from sketch, color/line art, to final stage preview of the final drawing. You are obligated to keep an eye on the sketch as you have the right to request changes before we move forward to the final stages.
—You can only request minor changes in the finished work, we charge extra fees accordingly. Unless due to an error on our part, our mistakes will always be corrected at no cost.
—Either a Google Drive link of the full resolution artwork will be provided to you or we send it directly to your email.
—After your commission is complete our DMs and email are always open if you want to collaborate with us again.

⇟TERMS OF SERVICE⇟

By commissioning us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below.

GENERAL TERMS

—By default, the client is anonymous under our post of the watermarked commission, unless they request to be tagged by their username handle.
—If the proposal is incomplete or lack details, additional fees for extensive research will be charged accordingly. Extensive research will also affect and extend TAT depending on service.
—We reserve the right to decline any commission.
—We may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
—You may cancel before payment is made.
—All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
—Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.
—A Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that we do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of our portfolio.
—Client breaking Terms of Service may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
—The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

IMAGE RIGHTS

—Do NOT use our artworks to train or edit with generative AI apps or programs.
—Do NOT remove our signatures/watermarks.
—Do NOT claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit us.
—Do NOT use the artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
—You are allowed to upload the artwork (watermarked or not) as long as you credit us.
—You are allowed to print or use the artwork as your profile or banner for personal use only.
—We retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
—Artworks are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
—We reserve the rights to the artwork produced for portfolio and for promotional purposes. Do not distribute, reproduce, or profit from the commission unless commercial rights are purchased.

DURING THE COMMISSION

—No refunds once we start working on the commission.
—Client may ask for updates once a day.
—If we do not receive a response within 1 week, we will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
—If personal circumstances such as illness, loss of required technology, and other debilitating situations occur, we will inform all clients ASAP of said circumstance.

COMMERCIAL USAGE

—Commercial use fees depend on service ranging from ~$20 to ~$100.
—This can vary depending on what is asked for, so it is best to send a message to clarify.
